Key overview and responsibilities:
The Group Process Manager will be responsible for process engineering management. The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
1. Manage and develop the Process Engineering team by co-ordinating all project and operational requirements for On-Sites.

2. Conduct a performance analysis of all the process plants to identify, correct and eliminate performance and operating deviations.

4. Manage and develop the team in all aspects related to Company Policies, Procedures and Process requirements.

5. Drive Process Safety and be abreast with the latest Industry Standards and Specifications.

6. Provide support to Operations teams to solve and resolve process operating problems including but not limited to product quality, plant efficiency, reliability, and operability issues.

7. Design and Commission of complex systems.

Essential Requirements

1. Qualification - Bachelor’s (BEng) (Chemical Engineering);
2. Other Qualifications - B Com/MBA/Business qualification advantageous;
3. A minimum of 10 Years experience in large industrial facilities in Process Engineering, Operations Process Engineering and/or Advanced Process Control Engineering;
4. Proven experience in Plant Commissioning, Process Optimisation and Data Analysis;
5. Ability to work collaboratively with Operational Staff, Process Engineers and Plant Management;
6. Experience in group task planning;
7.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
