Restaurant General Manager

An Italian Restaurant in Umhlanga seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Umhlanga. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including P&L management, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, budgeting, and hiring.
**Responsibilities and Qualifications**:
- P&L Management, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis skills
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing staff
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
