**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Compliance activities across SSA, including East and West Africa.
- Conduct thorough investigations into compliance-related matters.
- Collaborate with management to provide recommendations based on investigation findings.
- Interact with associates at all levels of the organization to address compliance concerns and provide guidance.
- Ensure reinforcement and implementation of ABAC (Anti bribery/anti-corruption) policy throughout the organization.
- Assist in delivering awareness training sessions to raise compliance awareness across SSA.
- Oversee due diligence process for intermediaries and ensuring alignment with FCPA regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance initiatives and strategies.
- Provide support during ABAC audits related to compliance matters.

**Requirements**:

- Ethical mindset with a commitment to upholding compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Law, Finance).
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Compliance/Legal/Audit roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough investigations and analyze findings.
- Ability to engage with management and provide actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of FCPA regulations.
- Experience in delivering training or creating content for compliance awareness preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
