Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction & Sales**: Act as the first point of contact for customers by answering questions, providing information on shuttle availability and routes, and using sales techniques to encourage bookings and upsell relevant services.
- **Booking & Reservation Management**: Process shuttle reservations, confirm dates and times, manage space inventory, and maintain accurate customer information in the booking system.
- **Information & Assistance**: Provide crucial travel information to clients, assist with documentation, and offer guidance on the booking process and shuttle procedures.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle payments, process cancellations, and confirm changes to reservations, ensuring accuracy in all transactions and data entry.
- **Internal Coordination**: Communicate with other departments, such as operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve scheduling conflicts.

- **Customer Service**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and accurate data entry.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle stressful situations, resolve conflicts, and find solutions for customer issues.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Skill in using reservation software and other relevant computer systems for bookings and data management.
- **Sales Acumen**: Knowledge of sales techniques to promote shuttle services and encourage bookings.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg South, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:
