**Job Description: Sales Agent**

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our team at Neshinna Promotions. The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers, as well as maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other methods
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
