Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Bingo Technical Manager to join our Operations team at our Johannesburg Office. The Operations department oversees the installation, support, and maintenance of our various products utilized in Casinos and Bingo. The primary focus of this role is to supervise different aspects of the Bingo Business Unit for LNW Gaming Africa. This includes active participation in formulating and executing the LNW Bingo Business Unit Strategy, managing Electronic Bingo Terminal install base maintenance, conversions, and overseeing new Bingo project installations.

Position Responsibilities:

- Project manage Bingo installations and collaborate with the Field Services team on the deployment and roll-out of all Bingo gaming system and Electronic Bingo Terminal upgrades and installations.
- Work with the Product Management and Sales department to monitor game performance, recommend game changes, create game configurations, and provide regular updates.
- Resolve all customer issues with professionalism and maturity.
- Provide reliable and timely customer support to all LNW customers, including installations, upgrades, training, and issue resolutions.
- Provide effective feedback to the development and corporate technical teams to improve the product.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal support departments to optimize customer service in cross-area activities.
- Attend customer meetings to support the installation, configuration, testing, and training of new Bingo products.
- Manage multiple new deliverable requests and production support updates concurrently.
- Present professionally and act as the brand ambassador for the company.
- Participate and contribute to frequent internal and external meetings.
- Automate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for BINGO systems.
- Maintain and upkeep all network infrastructure, both physical and virtual, internally and externally.

**Qualifications**:

- A recognized minimum qualification of Business Management/IT National Diploma or equivalent
- Technical working knowledge of SQL Server, Linux, Cisco & Virtualization Platforms.
- Knowledge in Azure and AWS deployment models
- Knowledge of all slot manufacture components.
- Working experience in distributed architecture
- 5+ years’ Customer Service, Project Management, Game Performance Analysis & Support experience is required.
- 5+ years’ experience in the gaming industry will be an added advantage.
