In this role you are responsible for the administration of company benefits for all Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages (CCPB) team members. This includes Provident fund, Disability Benefits, Health Management, Retirement Benefits and Medical Aid Benefits.

You will act as a liaison between CCPB team members and external providers.

The purpose of the role is to resolve benefit related queries and ensure that benefits are administered in accordance with our company standard.
- Build customer relations
- Manage information and adhere to relevant processes
- Administration of benefits
- Assist in the co-ordination of team member recognition events
- SHEQ Responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education
- Minimum of National Diploma (NQF6) in Human Resources or Business preferred
- MS Office proficient
- SAP experience advantageous
- 2-3 Years Employee Benefits experience
