**Work Planning Key Performance Indicator 1**
- Responsible for planning work and ensuring a contract is delivered on time.
- Arrange delivery of materials and managing a range of subcontractors.
- Ensure projects ran to schedule and to budget.
- Attend pre-site and on-site meetings with clients and sub-contractors.
- Planning and scheduling of work, maintain records of all materials used and the progress made on a job.
- Management site finance cash flow Project Supervision

**Key Performance Indicator 2**
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers
- Test materials, also visual inspections of work, and frequent tours of the site.
- Resolve any problems that could cause delays to the project’s completion.
- Select tools and materials, and plant Stakeholder Management

**Key Performance Indicator 3**
- Liaising with the client, engineers, other construction professionals, and, sometimes, members of the public, local representatives, and Community liaison officers Health and Safety and Environmental Maintenance

**Key Performance Indicator 4**
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Conducted regular site safety checks
- Ensuring that there is mínimal environmental impact on site Quality Assurance

**Key Performance Indicator 5**
- Maintain strict quality control procedures.
- Assessing and minimizing risk
- Making sure construction is as per approved design/construction drawing details and standards Payment Certificate

Key Performance Indicator 6
- Work with the QS and Engineers to produce payment certificate

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to R28,000.00 per month

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Bulk Water Reticulation and Concrete Works: 5 years (required)
