**DUTIES**:

- **Handle general queries regarding sales, services, installations, faulty issues, etc.**

- **Attend to all warranty and insurance related calls**
***:

- **Ensure all time cards, running sheets, job cards, etc. are updated daily**
***:

- **Ensure correct completion of documents**
***:

- **Monitor quality and SLAs**
***:

- **Deliver outstanding services to all customers**
***:

- **Deal with insurance related calls**
***:

- **Work with marketing team to develop product lines / promotions to increase sales**
***

**REQUIREMENTS**:
***
- **Grade 12**
***:

- **PIRB registered**
***:

- **Valid code 8 driver’s license with own reliable transport**
***:

- **3 - 5 years’ experience of SANS 10254**
***:

- **Heat pump installation / services certificate**
***:

- **Electrical and plumbling installation / servicing knowledge and / or certificate**
***:

- **CETA / Red Seal qualified (non-negotiable)**
***:

- **Bi-lingual (Eng / Afr) - 3rd language advantageous**
***:

- **Clear credit / criminal record**
***:

- **Pass medical assessment**
***:

- **Thorough knowledge of suburbs, towns and surrounding areas**

- **07:30 - 16:30 (Mon - Thu)**

- **07:30 - 14:00 (Fri)**

- **Call outs / rotational over time (week-ends / public holidays)**
