We are seeking a creative Marketing Manager to join our team. Someone who takes initiative and can generate new Marketing Ideas.
- Oversee and manage the company's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to questions and messages promptly.
- Design and post engaging social media posts, ensuring alignment with the brand image.
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Liaise with suppliers to order Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Initiate and manage quote requests, ensuring proper approval processes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to determine staff PPE needs.
- Collaborate on the design of new PPE items.
- Handle the procurement and distribution of Golf Shirts as corporate wear for Sales Reps.
- Plan and organize trips or events for groups as needed.
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
- Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience in social media management, event planning, and marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in graphic design tools and software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Take initiative to generate new ideas

**Education**:

- Bacherlor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience working in the same or similar role

**Experience**:

- Marketing Manager: 5 years (required)

Ability to Commute:
