- Daily processing of customer information, debit orders and invoices.
- Answering account related customer queries both written and telephonically.
- Collecting of outstanding funds on a monthly basis.
- Completing and presenting relevant financial reports to the Financial Manager.
- Reconciliation of large accounts.
- Allocating daily payments (card payments and EFT's)
- Sending statements and invoices to customers.
- Completing relevant administrative tasks on customer accounts.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by the company.**Inherent Requirements**
- Skills and Experience:
- National Senior Certificate.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate
