**Trainee Operations Manager - Cape Town (N/Suburbs) - FC0LRR58YW6M**

**POSITION**:Permanent

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
Our Client looking for a dynamic rising star who are willing to be trained to manage a group of stores.

**JOB OBJECTIVES**:

- Maximise profits
- Ensure implementation of company policy / standards/ procedures
- Manage risk within the region.
- Do regular branch inspections

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- Relevant Degree / Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years branch management experience
- Intermediate MS Office proficiency
- Basic knowledge of financial principles
- Knowledge of FMCG & Merchandising Standards
- IR Knowledge
- A resilient individual with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
- Willing to travel between branches
