The following position of a filing clerk has become available at our Epping Depot in Cape Town. The job purpose of a filing clerk is to maintain organized and efficient systems for storing and retrieving physical or digital documents within the organization.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist to schedule appointments with sub-contractors and couriers for timely collection and delivery of goods.
- Ensure completion of all relevant dispatch documentation accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of courier trip sheets and control form information in SAGE X3.
- Coordinate with contract couriers to ensure timely receipt of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Ensure that all filing is done accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Keep filing systems up-to-date and organized for quick retrieval of documents, particularly when PODs are required.
- Manage Docubank efficiently and dispose of expired documents as instructed by the Company Accountant.
- Record all invoices and transfers accurately and promptly, reporting any discrepancies to the Depot Supervisor.
- Complete daily delivery trip sheets accurately, documenting all necessary information.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12
- Basic Computer Literacy
