**Job Overview**: The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all employee changes sent to the payroll department are in accordance with payroll compliance requirements. **Responsibilities**: - Ensure all new employees have signed contracts and keep an updated spreadsheet each month with no alterations and correct information. - Ensure all terminations have supporting documents and keep update spreadsheet each month. - Ensure all promotions, secondments, internal changes are signed by relevant parties. - Provide detailed report on monthly basis for changes taking place in the business. - Reconcile employee’s headcount and movements based on engagements, terminations, and promotions. - Ensure all pay rate differences in Payroll have supporting documents. - Ensure all banking details received have correct supporting documents and are in accordance with internal processes. - Ensure all employees going on and returning from maternity leave are correctly processed on system. - Receipt of AOD’s and ensuring keeping track of Loan report by updating it monthly. - Adhoc duties as and when requested. **Job Required Requirements**: - National Senior Certificate - Grade 12 - Minimum 5 Years of experience in the same or similar role - Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or Financial accounting or other relevant qualification **Required Skills**: - Problem solving skills - Attention to detail - Deadline driven - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong analytical capability - High level of confidentiality - MS Excel proficiency - Work both independently and within a team - Working knowledge of payroll policies and procedures **Preferred Skills**: BPO Experience is advantageous **Core Behavior** Huntswood’s employees are described as dependable, driven and collaborative.
