**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Audits
- Assist in planning and conducting internal audits in accordance with established audit plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance structures.
- Review financial records, operational procedures, and compliance with policies.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain detailed audit workpapers, documenting audit procedures and findings.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports summarizing key issues, risks, and recommendations.
- Communicate audit results to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in compliance assessments to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in identifying and assessing potential risks to the organization's operations.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for mitigating identified risks.
- Work with the audit team to recommend and implement improvements in internal controls and processes.
- Provide support in developing and updating policies and procedures to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their operations and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and auditing principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous internship or work experience in auditing or related fields would be advantageous

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
