**Role Summary**

Reporting to the Parts Business Manager, the Parts Sales Representative is responsible for marketing and sales of Company parts and Reman range of products in order to grow the business.**Duties**
- Maintaining Good Customer Relations with existing customers- Supplying a written summary report of sales improvements, potential customer opportunities, and challenges on a fortnightly basis to his direct superior and the divisional manager; report to include “call reports”, projects, specific customer requirements.- Exploring opportunities for potential sales and growth of the customer base and discuss possible strategies with his direct superior- Maintaining regular contact with new and existing customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction- Discussions with customers regarding new developments and improvements within the Company Reman component offerings- Advising customers on components change-outs while sustaining optimum performance for their particular operation- Liaising with the relevant factories support team regarding problems requiring attention.- Liaising with the planning & Reman division regarding logistics to ensure sufficient stock level at any given time- Assisting customers with information and advice regarding the Company Reman and components.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum 4-5 years related experience and/or training related to the parts, GET, reman business- Diploma - technical and / or sales**What Qualification**
