WHAT YOU WILL DO

**Key stakeholders the Strategic Sourcing Specialist will engage with are**:

**Your role responsibility will be to**:

- Develop and maintain an overall Sourcing Strategy and an Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring a resilient recruitment process, able to meet the growth and changing needs of the business
- Manage recruitment channels including job boards, databases, social media, employment agencies, educational institutions and professional associations
- Align strategies with Employment Equity initiatives and targets
- Develop, implement and maintain role profiles ensuring they remain aligned to company strategy
- Develop, implement, maintain and review policies and procedures that concern sourcing and recruitment

**Qualifications and Knowledge**
- Degree / diploma in HR Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of LRA, BCOEA and EEA

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ strategic recruiting experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ general Human Capital experience
- Recruitment experience within the payments industry is required
- Working experience on SAGE VIP and Deltek Talent Management is required
- Experience in the use and interpretation of psychometric assessments specifically AssessFirst and IP200 is required
