Generate and convert leads Source and develop client referrals. Conduct telesales. Develop and deliver presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients. Negotiate with clients. Develop sales proposals. Secure and attend at least three appointments with clients weekly. Follow up on leads received and close the sale. Develop and maintain a leads database.
Generate sales and meet targets Sell and upsell company services and products. Generate and maintain a sales database. Produce sales reports monthly. Meet monthly sales targets as specified.
Client retention Respond to sales inquiries and concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain healthy client relationships (one meeting weekly). Track and improve client activities and sales. Follow up and win back clients (one meeting weekly). Retain at least one client per month. Develop and maintain client retention databases.
Other duties Submit monthly reports no later than the seventh of each month. Submit weekly plans every Friday for the following week. Minimum requirements Three to five years of sales experience.
