Durbanville Hills, nestled in the picturesque Durbanville wine valley, is renowned for its stunning views, exceptional wines, and warm hospitality. As a Casual Wine Ambassador, you'll be an integral part of our team, sharing your passion for wine with visitors from around the world.

*Responsibilities*
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our visitors
- Conduct wine tastings and tours, sharing your knowledge of our wines and winemaking process
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our wines, vineyards, and winery operations
- Facilitate wine sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of customer service
- Collaborate with our team to create memorable experiences for our guests
- Work closely with our events team to facilitate successful events and functions

*Requirements*
- 1-2 years' experience in the wine industry or a related field (hospitality, tourism, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of wine, winemaking, and the South African wine industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work on a casual basis, including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and during peak seoson.
