The focus of this position is the management of the day to day operations in order to meet with the specified standards, objectives and policies. You will need to manage the lodge on a day to day basis and ensure that tasks are implemented on time and according to the budget and required scope and quality.
- Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Operations
- Guest Relations
- Financial
- Human Resource - manage employees in the lodge
- Health & Safety
- Good planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, evaluation and reporting skills. Invoicing clients, stock take, stock control, promoting, customer satisfaction and maintain a good working relationship with the other companies.

- Food and Beverages
- Housekeeping
- Front Office
