**Job description**
A short term insurance company, based in Tygervalley is looking for a Jnr HR Assistant to join their growing team.
- **Responsibilities will include**:_
- Provide admin support to Head of HR
- Manage the Fit & Proper requirements of staff employed by the Group
- Ensure the competency register remains in good order
- Organise and update HR and employee records/documentation
- Assist in organising and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, training and related documentation
- Assist with recruitment
- Assist with any staff queries

- High Attention to detail
- Extremeley organised
- Willing to learn and grow
- Data driven mindset
- 2-4 years admin experience - HR experience would be preferential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Northern Suburbs, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
