3. Test Prep Tutors

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions based on students' needs.
- Create personalized lesson plans and teaching materials to suit individual learning styles.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop targeted learning strategies.
- Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student performance and address concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Teaching experience or tutoring experience with a proven track record of student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional work ethic.
- Driver's license and own car is essential.
