**Monocle is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a consultant. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include**:

- Solving complex industry specific problems.
- Conducting detailed business analysis and process analysis for insurance businesses as relates to their daily operational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for claims management, premium collections, premium allocations, revisions, underwriting, and new business implementations.
- Developing and maintain business process models and workflows.
- Assisting in the implementation of Policy Administration Systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Providing support during testing phases, including creating test cases and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Hold a degree, with strong preference for a post graduate qualification.
- Have 5 years or more relevant experience in the Insurance industry.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Hold a degree, with preference for a post graduate qualification.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Have 5 years or more relevant experience as a Business Analyst or other professional in the insurance industry.
- Proven understanding in claims management, premium collections, premium allocations, revisions, underwriting, and new business implementations.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations and processes.
- Experience in working with Policy Administration Systems.
- Have demonstrable experience in successful project delivery or completing tasks.
- Have a proven track record in leading teams.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with process modeling tools such as BPMN or UML.
- Familiarity with Policy Administration Systems and their implementation.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualisation tools.

**Additionally, the following would be advantageous**:

- Certification in Business Analysis.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the insurance sector.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
