**Competencies required**:

- General IT: programming, networking, databases, software engineering, mobile app development, systems analysis and design.

**Minimum Qualification Required**:

- Minimum Honours degree. Ideal Masters in IT
- Alternatively: An NQF 9 qualification that includes IT topics

**Minimum Work Experience Required**:

- Previous lecturing experience.
