**HOTEL ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - CAPE TOWN - R60000**

Currently recruiting for an HOTEL ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER for a 5* Hotel in Cape Town to assist with the General Manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly, concentrating on the Food and Beverage Department.

**Requirements**:

- Hospitality Management qualification
- Must have very strong Food and Beverage / Banqueting experience.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good observation skills.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and possibly international experience.
