Develop in-depth knowledge of competitor products and their relevance to our offerings.

Understand and effectively communicate each product’s key selling points ( KSPs ).

Manage your geographical territory efficiently and plan journeys effectively.

Align customer calls to the structured ‘call step’ process.

Add value to customers by aligningproducts with their clinical needs.

Utilise provided marketing materials effectively.

Analyse sales data, identify opportunities, and implement action plans.

Set measurable objectives by customer aligned with the area growth plan.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
Foster an environment of positive, proactive, solution-based thinking and shared best practices.

Provide feedback on relevant industry information and competitor activity.

Represent the company positively at industry congresses, sponsorships, and CPD events.

Manage and resolve conflicts internally and externally in a professional manner.

Demonstrate integrity, tenacity, resilience, and adaptability.

Uphold and develop the ethos and culture within the Sales Team and the broader business, aligning with our mission, vision, and goals.

A Diploma in Veterinary Nursing or higher is required.

Experience in practice-level nursing.

Sales experience is an advantage.

A strong understanding of the veterinary industry, brands, and competitors.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strategic thinking and a good grasp of sales and business principles.
