Regional Sales Manager

We are The French Parfumerie, a rapidly growing, all-female, South African fragrance producer and wholesaler. Passionate about creating and distributing high-quality fragrances, we are looking for a skilled and driven Regional Sales Manager for our Johannesburg Office to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of operational & sales processes, and enjoys being part of a close-knit, ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Implement and manage stock control systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Sage Accounting for financial and inventory management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Lead and support inland sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management role.
- Strong proficiency in Sales and Sage Accounting.
- Experience in sales for wholesale distribution to pharmacies or supermarkets is essential.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Own car and valid driver’s license (essential).
- Experience in managing a big team.
- Must reside in Johannesburg, preferably close to Randburg, as this is an in-office role based in Ferndale.
