- The incumbent will be responsible to grow the sales for the allocated territory and customer base as assigned by the GM.
- The incumbent will further be responsible to build and maintain solid relationships between his or her allocated customers and Company.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Meet and exceed allocated sales and profitability targets
- Regular visiting of allocated customer base
- Execute quotation requests in a speedy fashion
- Following through on project leads
- Customer training on companies’ products and business processes
- Assisting in resolving account queries and collecting of overdue debts

**Management Skills**
- Customers call plan management
- Call reporting management
- Pricing and profitability management
- Customer credit limit management
- Achievement of sales and profitability targets**Inherent Requirements**

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric
- A qualification in Marketing and / or Sales Management will be advantageous
- Own reliable transport
- 5 years sales experience
- Experience in the glass industry will be advantageous
