Meet with programme manager’s to build a comprehensive checklist for the programme
- Attend to all stakeholder enquiries regarding the programme, including communication to faculty, clients and service providers; follow up when necessary
- Handle administration around the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process,
- Ensure that all delegate invoices are distributed and follow up on payments when necessary
- Ensure that all POs are received and raised on financial system
- Capture and file all delegate records timeously and accurately onto relevant systems
- Follow agreed system and audit processes
- Handle ad hoc administration queries throughout the programme
- Prepare programme logistics arrangements including printing and compiling course packs, venue and travel bookings etc. (refer to checklist)
- Conduct own correspondence and at times draft correspondence on behalf of the programme manager as per request and in line with templates
- Capture evaluation forms (verbatim) as appropriate and consolidate before sending to programme manager.
