The HR Practitioner is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for the professional and compliant execution of all core Human Resource functions and for the end-to-end management of monthly payroll. The incumbent ensures HR practices support the high standards of a maintaining exceptional service delivery, legal compliance, and accurate, confidential employee records.

**Qualification copies**:
Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

**Responsibilities**:
Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years directly responsible for managing an organizational payroll function.

Performance, Training, and Administration
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Payroll Management
Experience in the hospitality, estate management, or corporate sector is highly advantageous.
Compliance & Submissions: Accurately calculate, reconcile, and ensure the prompt submission of all statutory contributions (PAYE, UIF, SDL) and third-party payments (e.g. medical aid, pension/provident fund, garnishee orders).
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel). Demonstrable working knowledge of Sage VIP Payroll and Sage HR is a significant advantage.**
