New franchised workshop in Bellville is looking for a Customer Service Advisor.

MUST have a valid driver's license.

Applicant who has previously worked for an aftermarket service center such as BOSCH, e-Car, Car Service City, CARtime, Car Care Clinic etc. will be given preference.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lead and manage the performance of their team.
- Presentable appearance and sober habits and well spoken.
- Must be bilingual, English and Afrikaans.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Strong technical background.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Should be able to carry out work in accordance with professional standards and have through knowledge in the field.
- No criminal record
- Honest and reliable.
- 5-7 years Advisor experience in the Automotive industry.
**Duties**:

- Invoicing
- Job Costing/ Quoting
- Parts Ordering
- Parts sourcing
- Actively manage mechanics, fitters.
- Required to run a team of mechanics, quote customers and order spares.
- Ensure that mechanics find and report every fault found on every car.
- Ensure that parts arrive on time.
- Ensure that the mechanics comply with their Mechanics Check List.
- Ensure that all staff complete their daily Productivity Report.
- Ensure that all work is carried out safely.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R12,000.00 per month
