**Minimum requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Code EC (14) drivers's licence with no endorsements with valid PDP
- Minimum of 5 years previous truck driving experience (Superlinks)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in training and coaching long distance drivers
- In-depth knowledge of the operating and legislation requirements of the transport and logistics industry
- Knowledge of TETA accredited training requirements would be an advantage
- Must be willing to travel with other drivers for a minimum duration of 2 weeks in order to conduct on the job coaching
- Must have working knowledge/experience of Superlinks & Tri-axle trailers (Tippers, Flat-decks, Drop-side Trailers)
