**Purpose of Role**:

- To provide efficient organizational support to effectively control and supervise the availability of quality product to satisfy our customer demands. Maintain high standards of support to the Management team, enabling them to fulfil their duties in order to meet deadlines and objectives.. Conduct work activities in a professional manner that reflects positively on the image of the company, and conforms to current Health and Safety Legislation, upholding company's Health and Safety Policy- Key Accountabilities:
- To control the master data settings related to MRP in SAP to optimize the stock levels for the standard and engineering plants to obtain the correct service levels and product to satisfy the demands of all our customers
- To monitor and adjust the forecasting system to constantly improve the accuracy of all requirements
- To achieve a constant flow of raw materials to satisfy the production requirements
- To liaise with purchasing department to improve the on-time delivery from our vendors
- To liaise with quality control and purchasing to identify substandard vendors
- To set up and run daily, weekly and monthly control reports
- To control the materials management function by use of exception reporting
- To advise Senior Management of the status of capacities and space availability to achieve the company objectives in to the future
- To make all employees fully aware of their responsibility and obligations to Health and Safety
- To ensure all employees wear protective equipment provided at all times
- Comply with all company Policies and Procedures
- To resolve all employees related problems timelessly
- Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required
- Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time**Inherent Requirements**

**EDUCATION**:

- Diploma in Production Management- 3-5 years’ experience in pump manufacturing environment**EXPERIENCE**:

- SAP knowledge
- **Essential**
- Computer literate Excel, Word, Outlook**REQUIREMENTS***:

- Ability to work under pressure**What Qualification**
