Durban, South Africa One Stop HR Solutions Full time

A cleaning company based in Durban, is currently looking for a Finance Clerk to join their team.

**Requirements**:

- Matric.
- Must possess a Qualification in Finance with an emphasis on Accounting.
- Must have experience in HR & Payroll
- 2- 3 years’ work experience
- Experience with SARS compliance
- Accounting Firm experience will be an advantage

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**QUOTATIONS and INVOICING**
- Calculations and Creation of Quotes and Invoices via Sage System.
- Submission of Quotes, Invoices & Statements to all relevant clients on a daily/weekly basis.
- Doing Banking Reconciliation and Receipts Allocations on Sage on a daily basis.
- Management Account Reports - Generate ALL monthly reports and submit to relevant stakeholders (VAT, Management Accounts etc).

**PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION**
- Checking if all Employee forms have correct information before loading on SageOne (working with Admin Assistant).
- Working close with Supervisors and Operations Managers - on Overtime and Payroll issues.
- Timesheets and Clockheets - monitoring and collection of this.
- Checking/verifying the no. of hours employees have worked.
- Answering staff queries about timesheets or pay slips.
- Payslips - preparing of payslips.

**BUDGET AND CASHFLOW REPORTS**
- Assist and be pro-active in the creation and maintenance of budgets and tracking them.
- Assists and be proactive in the creation of Cashflow reports and maintaining them.

**COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCE**
- Bargaining Council Levy top BCCCI.
- UIF Forms.
- NBC Provident Fund to NBC.
- PAYE & SDL (Pay as You Earn to SARS).

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- Finance: 3 years (required)
