Who we’re looking for
We’re inviting the best in the game across the following categories:
Client service teams - account executives, managers and directors
Copywriters - Conceptual thinkers with digital, ATL, or TTL experience
Social media gurus - Community managers, content creators, and platform experts
Creative designers - Graphic, multimedia designers, art and creative directors who bring brands to life
Strategists - Insight-driven, brand-smart thinkers (digital, BTL, ATL)
Web developers - Front-end, back-end, and WordPress pros with agency experience
General responsibilities (Role Dependent)
You may not be assigned a position immediately, though. When you are called on, your responsibilities may include:
Working on real-time campaigns for some of South Africa’s biggest brands
Collaborating with creative and strategic teams to solve client challenges
Meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
Presenting and defending ideas in internal and client-facing settings
Developing work that’s brave, relevant, and impact-driven
Staying up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in your craft
**Requirements**:
1-8+ years of agency experience in your field (only agency experience will be considered)
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
Available for project work or open to full-time placement
Reliable, responsive, and passionate about making a mark in the industry
Based in South Africa
