The following position has become available for a Trolley Assistant, based in Rosebank, Cape Town. The purpose of this role is Assisting customers with trolley management, helping maintain a safe and clean environment, and improving the overall customer experience. This position involves organizing and collecting trolleys, supporting customers with their trolley needs, and ensuring that the facility's trolley systems are properly maintained.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collect trolleys from designated areas within the parking lot or shopping facility and return them to the appropriate storage locations.
- Ensure trolleys are available and accessible for customer use.
- Inspect trolleys regularly for damage or wear, ensuring that all are in good working condition.
- Report any faulty or damaged trolleys for repair or replacement.
- Keep trolley bays, collection points, and surrounding areas clean and free from litter or debris.
- Assist customers with finding or returning trolleys, ensuring they have a convenient and pleasant shopping experience.
- Provide courteous and friendly service to enhance customer satisfaction

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12
- If in school, must be over the age of 16
