- A company based in the South of JHB is seeking a hands on junior mechanic- Maintain Mechanical Equipment.
- General handyman maintenance including electrical, mechanical, building, plumbing and painting.
- Conduct daily and monthly inspections and preventative maintenance of all electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Doing fault finding
- Dismantle equipment when required for repair or transportation and reassemble it at the appropriate time
- Analyse drawings
- Align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operation
- Repair all malfunction equipment and buildings as per the Maintenance Manual
- Report all incidents in the prescribed manner
- Recordkeeping of all inspections in the prescribed manner
- Ensure tools are kept in a good and clean working order
- Ensure all health, safety and security policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Ensure that all equipment will be in good working order to ensure the maximum uptime**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric or Technical certification
- No Criminal
- Reliable transport
