**Key Performance Areas**:
Supervise all storeroom activities, including but not limited to storage, control, and issuing of materials and equipment. Assist in the development of storeroom policies, practices, and procedures.
- Perform monthly stock takes and manage stock levels regularly
- Inform the office of any stock shortages
- Equipment inspection, maintenance, and repairs
- Dispatch correct banners, consumables, etc., daily
- Record keeping of all stock issued
- Bakkie Inspections are done weekly
- Update stock-related spreadsheets
- Record any losses, breakage, or theft of any equipment.
- Deliveries and collections
- Assist with banner deliveries and collections from clients.
- Record keeping of banners (flighted, delighted, or collected)
- Maintenance and stock control of equipment and banners on the off-site storage facility (plot).

**Qualifications Required**:

- Drivers license
- Computer literate and efficient with Excel
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of stock controlling/storeroom experience.
- Matric
