**Job Purpose**:
The Administrative Assistant’s role is to provide support to the Product Manager(s) and Specialists from an administrative perspective. This individual will also interact with the sales teams by providing a degree of insight and advice pertaining to the products, therefore a certain degree of product-specific and technical knowledge is also required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate detailed reports on sell-out, inventory, profitability, etc.
- Provide informed advice/insight for sales queries (product-specific).
- Generate basic Bill of Materials (BOMs) and quotes based on customer-specific requirements.
- Keep track of inbound stock ETAs and shipping documents.
- Correspond with suppliers for necessary documents and information.
- Strong understanding of Energy-related products.
- Assist in expediting operational processes when necessary.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 Years experience in Technical and/or Sales relating to Energy/Infrastructure products
- Matric certificate (compulsory)
- Advanced/Tertiary education or training in electrical and/or infrastructure products (advantageous)

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Technical skills
- Understand various sustainable energy designs, to draw up a Bill of Materials for a solar PV system
- Problem solving skills (analytical)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Presentation skills for training Sales force
- Quality awareness and customer focus
- Attention to detail
