Our client is a leader in the residential property arena and they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment, machinery, and facilities.

Your main responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance activities, supervising personnel, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure that all systems are in optimal working condition. Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to enforce compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a secure working environment.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Technical Diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 10 years' experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar leadership role. A strong understanding of various mechanical, electrical, and technical systems, including machinery, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems, is crucial to excel in this position. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a must, and your exceptional leadership and communication abilities will be essential in effectively managing the maintenance team. Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel is essential.

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
