**Head: Financial Management and Reporting - Centurion - R1,827,182.00pa CTC**

**Purpose**:
The Head: Financial Management and Reporting is primarily responsible to provide strategic leadership to coordinate the delivery of financial processes and budget control according to standard requirements as well as facilitate timely and reliable information for the decision-making process. In addition, the incumbent will take ownership of financial performance management for the business including identifying and reporting KPIs which are linked to the company strategy and drive positive actions as well as the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related qualification.
- Post graduate qualification in Accounting or Finance related qualification.
- CA (SA) will be an added advantage.
- Post graduate qualification in Business Management or Administration will be an added advantage.

**Experience**
- Relevant 10-12 years’ experience in Financial Management and Reporting of which 5 (five) years must have been at a senior management level.

**Strategy development and operational planning**:

- Successful implementation of Financial Management and Reporting strategy and operational plans.

**Policy review and implementation**
- Successful implementation of policies.

**Financial Accounting**
- Timeous statutory payments and returns

**Management Accounting**
- Approved and implemented budget in line with the strategy.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Adherence to financial reporting in line with the financial reporting standards.

**Quarterly and annual reporting**
- Financial report indicating performance of the Fund for each quarter.
- National Treasury financial report indicating the spending against the budget and the forecasts to the end of the year for approval by the Board in order to be submitted to the National Treasury.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Well maintained relationships with all stakeholders.

**Financial Management**:

- Effective management of Financial Management and Reporting department financials.

**People Management**:

- High performing teams to deliver on the company mandate

**Reporting**
- Effective Financial Management and Reporting operations reporting.
