**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our fire safety products and services.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored fire safety solutions.
- Maintain a positive and persuasive attitude to build rapport with potential clients.
- Generate leads and close sales through effective communication and follow-up.
- Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in cold calling or telesales is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety products or willingness to learn.
