**Foreclosure Consultant (Financial Services)**

**Location: La Lucia, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal**

A leading financial services concern has a new opportunity available for a **Foreclosure Consultant.**

**Key Performance Areas**:

- _Handle all arrear accounts transferred to the Foreclosure Team and where it is necessary._
- _To institute legal action using approved attorneys on the firm’s panel._
- _Negotiating with clients regarding their arrears._
- _Interaction on a daily basis with attorneys via telephone, letters, and E-mail._
- _Diarizing accounts for follow up on diary dates or sooner if the need arises._
- _Attending to ITC and Deeds Office enquiries where necessary._
- _Identify trigger accounts and maintain constant follow ups to reduce NPLS._
- _Preparing the minimum bid figures and advising the attorneys._
- _Be proactive and strategic in risk and compliance management by complying with all relevant legislation in Loss Contro_

**Q**ualifications and Experience required**:

- **LLB / B Com Law Degree.**:

- **Admitted Attorney**.
- A minimum of **3 to 4 years’ **experience performing** Foreclosure **responsibilities in a **professional legal team
