They are in need of experienced personnel to manage teams across multi-disciplinaries, ensuring successful delivery across diverse projects including residential, commercial and industrial refurbishments or developments. **Responsibilities include**: - Providing constant supervision, training, and instruction. - Work with all trades and site managers contributing to all business sections. - Measure and quantify plumbing, drainage, gas, roofing, and wet fire materials, liaising with contractors, local service providers, teams and other stakeholders. - Oversee and review hydraulic design and ensure system efficiency. - Design plumbing systems for smaller projects. - Oversee and manage maintenance works of projects; management of stock, materials and relevant invoicing; and installation of roofing systems and wall sheeting, within timeframes. - Manage the installation and any issues that arise in the following plumbing disciplines. - Establish manpower/capacity forecasts, project budgets and timelines and ensure successful completion during construction. To succeed in this role, you will be able to set a clear direction within your team and understand how to lead by example (hands-on) by upholding the highest standards in your work. Your strong and broad range of technical skills and plumbing experience will ensure your work is highly detailed and promotes safe practices. **Key requirements**: - 10-15 years plumbing experience across disciplines and a variety of areas of work - Demonstrated understanding of the AS 3500 1,2,3 & 4 and the gas code AS 5601 - Advanced plumbing, drainage, gas fitting, and HSE knowledge - Demonstrated experience in managing systems, processes and teams - Licensed Plumber and Drainer; and Gas installer. - "hands - on" management style **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Experience**: - Plumbing: 10 years (required)
