Join Our Team: Business Systems & Process Administrator
Are you passionate about improving operational efficiency and supporting business systems? Wheco is seeking a detail-oriented and driven **Business Systems & Process Administrator** to join our Business Systems & Processes (BSP) Department.
In this developmental role, you will provide critical support in process scoping, documentation, and first-line ERP system support. With a focus on finance-related processes, you will assist in identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring consistency, and enabling better decision-making across departments such as Finance, Warehousing, Customer Care, and Sales.
You will also help relieve senior team members by handling foundational technical queries and contributing to the usability and optimisation of core ERP systems like Dash and Sage Evolution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the financial and operational scoping of business processes
- Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Provide first-line ERP system support (Dash, Sage Evolution, etc.)
- Gather and analyse data to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas
- Document tasks, processes, and issue resolutions
- Collaborate across departments to support business improvement initiatives
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- BCom in Financial Accounting
**Experience**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology
- Exposure to ERP or CRM systems
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset
- Ability to deconstruct business processes into tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
