We are looking for a Diesel Technician to join our team (Call Center) and take us from strength-to-strength.

The position will entail the following:

- Daily/weekly and monthly compilation of maintenance expenditure
- Comparison of quotations to various parts baskets Monitor and manage vehicle warranties
- Identify normal and abnormal wear on vehicle components
- Facilitating and compiling technical reports
- Answering of calls and assisting clients with maintanance queries
- Logging calls on fleet domain
- Ensuring and facilitating the repairs of vehicles that belong to the company and suppliers
- Liasing with clients on behalf of the supplier
- Following up on queries that are logged until they are closed
- Facilitating the mechanical repairs on vehicles
- Liasing with Suppliers to keep track of the vehicles that are at their workshops for repairs and which repairs are requiered
- Assisting clients with rent to own queries

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Qualifications_

Minimum : Gr.12

Ideal : Call center training, Motor Mechanics Certificate (petrol or diesel)
- Experience_

Minimum : 1 to 2 years

Ideal : 2 years and above
- Training_

Minimum : 1 year

Ideal : 2 years, Mechanical training apprenticeship
- **Office Bound**_

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fleet Admin Call Centre: 2 years (required)
