**Job purpose**:
Effectively manage and take responsibility for the development and implementation of a comprehensive and complete market access strategy for the allocated portfolio.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Guide strategic thinking related to, and development of, pricing and value proposition arguments that meet the needs of both internal constituents and external customers.
- Ensure optimal patient access of Janssen brands
- Integrate with regional and Emerging Market access functions and initiatives

**Qualifications**
- Relevant B-degree
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, including market access
- Sound working knowledge of the local healthcare environment, related legistation and policies including relevant stakeholder groups
- Demonstrate strategic thinking ability as well as excellence in execution
- Motivated self-starter with consistent track record of delivering appropriately considered outputs, sometimes with incomplete information and against tight timelines
- Proven ability when it comes to meaningful and effective customer engagement
- Able to collaborate and work effectively as part of a cross functional, matrix team
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of pricing philosophy/approach, together with a working experience of local OpCo product price and value determination would be an advantage
