**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop customer and supply trends analysis and forecasting strategies, and determine the applicable replenishment cycle and logístical solutions
- Plan, prepare and expedite purchase orders from vendors, including logístical clearing instructions and administrative support i.e. advanced shipping documentation/ notifications/confirmations.
- Optimize adequate inventory requirements and activities with stock controlling team and 3rd party service provider
- Administer various inventory movement analysis, month-end reporting’s as per Siemens-Healthineers disciplines and with 3rd party service provider
- Facilitate stock reconciliation processes, sporadically and bi-annual counts with 3rd party service provider
- Maintain material Masterfile as per organizational disciplines and with 3rd party service provider
- Enhanced digital solutions to improve efficiencies within Siemens-Healthineers i.e. ERP, 3PL, CRM, etc.
- Maintain a constant relationship with the cross-divisional areas but not limited to: Quality Assurance, Product management, Sales, Commercial, 3rd party service provider, etc.
- Maintain sales and operational demand planning and forecasting meetings with various stakeholders to adequately maintain inventory efficiencies with regards to changes that will impact the planning requirements or risks to the organization
- Monitor shipments with forwarding companies, including facilitating relevant document control disciplines
- Prepare, analyze and expedite various inventory and activity reports as per business requirements
- Deputize for the OTC manager, and support with various operational disciplines and project strategies

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Diploma or Degree Supply chain management or similar.
- Minimum 5 years Supply Chain experience in the Diagnostics environment is an advantage
- Must have advanced excel skills.
- Must have experience with 3rd party logistics.
- Must have import knowledge.
- Expertise within SAP, 3rd party service provider Warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerPivot) or equivalent
- Experience within the Laboratory Diagnostics Healthcare is an advantage
