Johannesburg, South Africa Lead HR Consulting Full time

**Position: Sales Graduate**

**Office hours: 07:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 7:00 to 12:30 on Friday.**

**Job purpose**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Graduate to join our manufacturing team. As a Sales Graduate, you will play a vital role in contributing to the sales efforts by engaging with clients, understanding their needs and promoting our products within the manufacturing sector. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, build strong relationships with clients and make significant impact on the business growth.

**Responsibilities**

**Client Engagement**
- Initiate contact with potential clients and establish rapport to understand their requirements
- Actively listen to the clients’ needs and concerns and provide tailored solutions based on product offerings
- Maintain a proactive approach to nurturing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

**Product Knowledge**
- Stay updated on industry trends, market competition and emerging technologies to effectively communicate product advantages to clients

**Sales Strategy**
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals and targets
- Participate in sales meetings to discuss potential leads, strategies and progress toward sales objectives

**Lead Generation**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, trade shows and referrals.
- Convert leads into viable prospects by presenting our products’ value propositions and addressing client enquiries

**Sales Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals and sales activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges and recommendations

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production and customer service to ensure seamless communication and efficient order fulfilment

**Professional development**
- Participate in training sessions, workshops and skills enhancement programmes to continually improve sales techniques and product knowledge

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (NQF 7).

**Experience**
- Previous experience or internship in sales, manufacturing or related industries advantageous
- Required to travel to customer sites, 3 days per week

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Energetic, proactive and results-driven attitude
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment

Ability to Commute:

- Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
