**Requirements**:
**Education**: Minimum Matric
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum two years administration experience
Computer literate - knowledge of complete Microsoft Office package
Ability to work in a team and independently
Written and verbal communication skills
Customer orientated
Technical background experience - advantageous

**Responsibilities**:

- Administration:
Processing of Orders - ensuring orders are picked and invoice accordingly.
Arranging despatch and deliveries of orders
Maintaining an effective filing system
Managing returns - process Goods Received Notes, etc
- Stores

Stock Management (including adjusting on the Pyrotec in-house MIS system)
Issuing of stock according to orders received and Technician’s requirement
- Technical

Point of contact between customers, Technicians and Pyrotec
Communication and feedback to customers regarding repairs, servicing and orders
Communication and feedback to customers via PackMark Customer Service
Delegation and co-ordination of technical jobs - appointing personnel to assess repairs at Customer Sites
Ensure planning boards in the Durban Office is updated
Delegating and co-ordinating tasks to Apprentice’s
Preparing and packaging of technical stock
- Despatch

Distribution of stock between branches (Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban & Johannesburg)
Arranging collections and deliveries with couriers
